Refunds

Within 7 days of purchase, write to support@gesturesynthweld.app and we refund it — no questions asked. You do not have to explain yourself, and you do not have to have a reason.

1. How it works

Write to support@gesturesynthweld.app from the address you bought with (or tell us which address you used).
We refund through Creem, our reseller of record, back to the card you paid with. You will get Creem's confirmation by email.
Pro stops when the refund is processed; your local recordings stay in your browser, and recordings you already made while subscribed keep their commercial licence.

2. The free trial means most refunds never happen

A new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start it and nothing is charged during the trial — the first payment is taken on day 7. If you cancel before then, you are never charged and there is nothing to refund. Cancel yourself any time: open the instrument, click the account button → Billing & invoices → Cancel subscription.

3. After 7 days

You can still ask. We look at these case by case — a subscription that renewed and was not wanted, a purchase made twice, a plan that never worked for you. Creem also keeps a refund window open for buyers on their side: if you ever feel we have gone quiet on a request, you can escalate to Creem and they can act on your behalf.

4. Things that are never a dead end

Paid but nothing arrived? Check spam first (we send from gesturesynthweld.app). Then write to us: we will find the payment and put the plan on the right account — or refund it.
Typed the wrong email at checkout? Tell us the address you used and the one you want, and we will move the plan.
Charged after cancelling? Send us the date; if the cancellation was ours to honour, we refund it in full.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits rights you have under the law where you live — including, for consumers in the EU and UK, your statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Where those rights give you longer than 7 days, they apply instead, and we will honour them.
