Free needs no account, ever. Pro is one plan — monthly or yearly, same everything — and cancelling it never un-licenses takes you already made.
Nothing but the price and the billing period. Both give you exactly the same Pro. Monthly is $9; yearly is $90 — ten months' worth, so the two months you save are the yearly plan's whole pitch.
Your price never rises while you stay subscribed. If we raise the price later it applies to new subscribers only — not to you.
Your purchase lives on your account, not on one machine. Open the instrument, click the account button at the top right, enter the email you paid with, and we mail you a one-time sign-in link. No password to remember, and clearing your browser data can never lock you out.
Pro is a subscription managed by Creem (our payment provider). Open the account panel (the chip in the top right) → Plan → Cancel subscription…. That is the whole path — you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then fall back to Free. Your songs and takes stay yours: cancelling only stops the syncing, the setlist on this device is untouched, and the copy on your account stays there until you delete it. And takes you made while subscribed stay licensed for commercial use: cancelling does not reach back and un-license work you already finished.
Every recording you make while your Pro plan is active — audio, video, skeleton, and the exported .mid — is yours to use commercially: client work, ads, releases, streams, sync, samples. No revenue cap, no attribution required, and the grant is permanent for those recordings. The instrument itself (app, engine, brand) stays ours.
Neither is a dead end, and neither costs you the purchase.

Typed the wrong address? Tell us the address you used and the one you want, and we will move it. You can also sign in with the address you paid with and add your other address as a second sign-in address.
What to include (so we can find it in one look): the reference number from the page you landed on, the last 4 digits of the card, the amount, and the date. Nothing else is needed — never send your full card number.
Write to support@gesturesynthweld.app within 7 days of purchase and we refund it — no questions asked. Pro is sold through Creem, our reseller of record, so the refund comes back through them to the card you paid with. After 7 days you can still ask: Creem keeps a refund window open for their buyers, and if we ever go quiet on a request they can step in on your side.
